Job Summary- Video Conference

The Video Conference Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining video conferencing solutions to ensure seamless communication across the organization. This role involves technical support, troubleshooting, and coordination of virtual meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, operate, and maintain video conferencing systems and related hardware/software.
  • Schedule and manage virtual meetings, webinars, and hybrid events.
  • Provide real-time technical support during video conferences.
  • Ensure optimal audio-visual quality and connectivity.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate video conferencing tools with existing platforms.
  • Train employees on best practices for using video conferencing tools.
  • Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or patches as needed.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AV equipment and network connectivity.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in video conferencing or AV support.
  • Certifications in AV or conferencing technologies (preferred).
