Job Title: Workday Recruiting Consultant

Location: Hybrid – India (Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore)
Contract Type: Fulltime

About the Role:
We are seeking a strong Workday Recruiting Consultant to join a new Workday implementation project. This is a hands-on role for an individual contributor who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership of their work within the Recruiting module. You will be part of a global Workday rollout alongside a highly skilled and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Workday Recruiting solutions according to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues within Workday Recruiting.
  • Contribute to process design, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Support integrations and reporting related to Recruiting as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and project standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years of hands-on Workday Recruiting experience.
  • Strong Workday configuration skills within Recruiting.
  • Exposure to Core HCM, Security, or Reporting in Workday.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in global Workday rollout projects.
  • Experience with end-to-end Workday implementations.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively.
