Tasks
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects to ensure they meet industry standards and project specifications.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project progress and address any technical challenges.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources without compromising quality or safety standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing necessary adjustments to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in managing large-scale electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects, preferably in the highway and bridge construction industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary project teams and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in electrical and mechanical systems within construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and team members across various levels.
