Senior Manager Engineering Air Fin Coolers - AFC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Engineering Air Fin Coolers - AFC to lead our engineering team in designing and developing new products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Air Fin Cooler, Thermal Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Heat Exchanger Design, HTRI, TEMA, FMEA, and CAD.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering team in designing and developing new products, specifically air fin coolers.
  • Develop and implement thermal engineering and HVAC engineering solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Design and optimize heat exchanger systems using HTRI and TEMA standards.
  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential design flaws.
  • Create detailed CAD designs and specifications for air fin coolers and other related products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including sales and marketing teams to drive new product development.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in air fin cooler design and thermal engineering.

Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, or Chemical Engineering (required)
  • 12 to 15 years of experience in air fin cooler design, thermal engineering, and HVAC engineering.
  • Expertise in Heat Exchanger Design using HTRI and TEMA standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD design and FMEA.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and their application to new product development.
  • Ability to lead and manage engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
