Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead marketing and business development for our range of interior-related products, including premium imported brands. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales across Kerala, developing client relationships, and expanding our business footprint. The role involves engaging with leading architects, corporate clients, and contractors, offering ample opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B marketing and business development in the interior and building industry.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key architects, corporate clients, and contractors.
  • Utilize modern communication platforms to enhance outreach and client engagement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business opportunities across Kerala.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing within the interior or building industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and business development strategies.
  • Proficiency in using modern communication platforms and computer applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.

Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must.

Experience in the interior Industry (Preferable)

Qualification: Degree/MBA

Location: Trivandrum
