We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Operation Executive/Associate to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Planning, coordinating and executing daily operations.

2. Ensure efficiency of operational processes and workflows.

3. Enhancing productivity by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

4. Updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).

5. Identifying areas for improvement by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data.

6. Implementing new operational initiatives.

7. Resolving operational issues with internal teams and external stakeholders.

8. Contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

9. Assisting in vendor management activities, including onboarding and performance monitoring.

10. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in operations management.

Qualification or Requirements:

1. Any graduate with minimum 1 Year Exp

2. Fundamental understanding of Excel.

3. Proficiency in analytical abilities.

4. Familiarity with operational concepts.

5. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

6. Proficient in utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications.

7. Aspiring to pursue a career in Operations.
