Roles and Responsibilities – Business Development Executive (CRM Software Sales)
- Develop New Business Opportunities
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads for CRM software and digital solutions.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify Key Decision Makers
- Research and connect with business owners, directors, and decision-makers across industries to present CRM solutions effectively.
- Build a strong database of target customers.
- Build and Nurture Prospect Relationships
- Initiate communication through calls, emails, and meetings to introduce CRM features and benefits.
- Conduct follow-ups and demonstrations to move leads through the sales funnel until closure.
- Lead Qualification and Target Achievement
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and ensure timely conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets from allocated territories or customer segments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
