Description
Working in a team environment, the Technical SAM Solution Analyst as an individual contributor is responsible for implementing, engaging, assisting customers in understanding and managing of different SAM Solutions. The Technical Solution Analyst is also responsible of keeping the customer SAM Team aware of technology changes and what are the best practices for different solutions.
• Key Focus and Objectives for Role: o Installing, supporting and training of SAM Solutions from technicality perspective o Executing Proof of Concepts in customer environments o Supporting and training of customer SAM team on varies SAM Solutions o Managing and supporting hosted and on-premise SAM solutions o Technical evangelist and bridge between the Organization and SAM Solution Providers
• Roles & Responsibilities: o Consulting customers regarding SAM project requirements o Interaction with customers to troubleshoot and solve configuration issues o Implement / Configure SAM tools and training customer o Document customer configurations within their environment o Creating technical and functional documentation as per requirements o Supporting and training of internal SAM Technical team members and customers o External technical and project coordination with customers and SAM tool providers
• Methodical Competence: o Strong Analytical skills o Strong Logical skills o Skills in IT business process analysis
• Functional /Technical Competence : o Advanced technical skills regarding system platforms (client & server) and other midrange environments Solid understanding of IT environments and infrastructure (Infra and Networking) o Ability to install / configure SAM solutions remotely o
