Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior Engineer (Service) to join our robotics division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of robotic systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of robotic systems and equipment.


• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics to ensure system reliability and uptime.


• Respond to technical issues and service calls at client sites.


• Maintain service records, documentation, and reports.


• Work with senior engineers to identify and resolve complex technical problems.


• Provide on-site training and support to clients on basic operation and maintenance.


• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:


• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Robotics Engineering or a related field.


• 0–2 years of experience in a service/maintenance role (freshers with strong internships/projects can apply).


• Basic understanding of robotic systems, sensors, actuators, and control systems.


• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites as required.


• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.


• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Exposure to robots like YASKAWA, KUKA, FANUC, DURR


• Knowledge of PLC, HMI, or basic automation programming
