Role: Tandem - Batch Operation-L3 (Required 4-8 years experience)Location: Hyderabad/ ChennaiResponsibility of / Expectations from the RoleDesign and implement batch processing solutions to optimize performance and scalability. Evaluate and recommend batch scheduling tools and technologies to improve efficiency and reliability. Develop and maintain batch job automation frameworks and workflows.

Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex batch job failures and errors. Define and enforce batch processing policies, standards, and best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L2 Batch Operations Specialists.

Skills: Deep understanding of batch processing concepts and methodologies. Extensive experience with batch scheduling tools and automation frameworks. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages for batch job customization and automation.

Strong knowledge of database systems and SQL for data manipulation and extraction. Ability to analyze and optimize batch job performance and resource utilization. Leadership skills to drive batch processing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
