About Cityflo Cityflo is a daily commute company that provides a comfortable, stress-free travel experience for corporate professionals, as an alternative to driving. With premium buses, a simple app and caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time in their busy schedules — where they can read their book, watch Netflix, nap or simply soak in the view of the city. We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way. Today, we run 380 buses and log 22000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, we've expanded services to Hyderabad and Delhi where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 1 year, we plan to scale to 500 buses and 50,000 daily bookings across all cities.

About the Role:
Cityflo is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Non-Voice Customer Support team on a 6-month contractual basis. You'll be responsible for resolving customer queries through chat and email — no calls involved.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat/email professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Customer Support / Non-Voice / Chat Process preferred
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work 6 days a week from our Thane office
Contract Duration: 6 months
