Job Title: Senior HR Executive (Male Candidate)

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad (Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad)

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Experience Required: 3 – 5 years in End-to-End HR Functions

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive (Male Candidate) to manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and retention activities.
  • Assist in performance evaluation, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
  • Support management in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and ensure timely communication with all departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end HR functions.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates with prior experience in the Healthcare, Automobile, or E-commerce industries will be preferred.
  • Must demonstrate good employment stability in previous roles.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
