We at Growexx are seeking a dynamic and organized Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and contribute to employee development initiatives. The role involves handling the complete employee lifecycle, vendor coordination, engagement activities, and supporting organizational learning efforts that enhance culture and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete payroll process (attendance, salary inputs, reimbursements, deductions, etc.) with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and TDS.
  • Coordinate with finance teams and external payroll vendors for monthly payroll closure.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits data.
  • Handle exits — full & final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation.
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and databases.

  • Collaborate with business heads and department managers to address HR-related issues proactively.
  • Act as a bridge between employees, management, and external partners.
  • Provide HR data insights and reports to management for decision-making.
  • Support internal audits and ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.
  • Drive HR processes including performance management, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and employee experience
Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive driving initiatives.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in HR operations with strong payroll management expertise.
Analytical and Personal skills:
  • Excellent Communication skills in English – both written and verbal
  • Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill
