Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer or staff queries via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Record, track, and manage all service requests and issues
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for software, login, or access issues
- Coordinate with technical or IT teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Maintain daily help desk reports and documentation
- Guide users with step-by-step instructions or solutions
- Ensure all requests are resolved within the defined time frame
- Maintain a professional tone and excellent service quality in all communication
Job Type: Full-time
