Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI chatbots using , Python development, MySQL, PostgreSQL, REST API integration, Webhooks, Nginx, Apache, Linux Administration, and Docker containers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbot solutions into existing systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to chatbot functionality and performance optimization.
- Ensure scalability and reliability of the chatbot platform by monitoring system metrics and implementing improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI technology and apply knowledge to improve chatbot capabilities.
We are looking for a Senior AI Chatbot Developer with 5 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience using Flow Builder platforms like n8n, Zapier, or similar
- Experience with LLM Integration and LLM Prompt Engineering
- Experience with MCP and RAG Pipelines
- Extensive knowledge of server-side programming using or Python
- Experience with database systems, like MySQL or Postgres
- Experience with REST APIs and Webhooks
- Experience with Async Programming
- Experience with Message Queues and Message Brokers
- Experience with In-Memory Databases like Redis or Valkey
- Experience with Web-Application stack including proxying, reverse proxying, and application load-balancing using tools like NgineX or Apache
- Good knowledge of Linux server management and shell scripting
- Knowledge of deployment platforms like Docker Containers
