Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for patient care services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as NABH standards.
  • Foster a culture of quality improvement through continuous monitoring and evaluation of hospital performance.
  • Collaborate with medical staff /Doctors to develop treatment plans for patients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBBS degree from an Indian institute of repute.
  • MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in healthcare services or hospital management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare services, hospital operations, medical practices, and patient care principles.
