where quality, innovation and flavor come together. To bring this vision to life, we are looking for an
Executive Chef
who will lead our Research and Development Kitchen with a balance of creativity, expertise and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Expertise in butchery including deboning, cutting and handling premium meats with precision
• Strong background in bakery and pastry with the ability to create new and innovative products
• Skilled in operating modern bakery and kitchen equipment and training staff to use them effectively
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure smooth and standardized kitchen operations
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene with in-depth knowledge of HACCP
• Hands-on involvement in pre-opening activities including kitchen setup and launch
• Manage menu costing, budgeting and cost optimization while ensuring premium quality
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 3 years of experience in senior culinary roles within QSR, casual dining or R&D kitchens
• A chef with both creativity and operational discipline
• Proven leadership in training, guiding and inspiring kitchen teams
• A forward thinker with a passion for premium food trends and scalable product ideas
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
