Incentive Compensation (IC) Delivery for Tier 3 International Markets is a key service function within the Commercial Operations Team. The IC Cycle Management Contractor role will report directly into the IC Delivery Team Lead for Tier 3 Markets and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end IC service delivery cycle across select Tier 3 markets, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of all IC-related activities for the Field Force.

This role requires strong stakeholder coordination within a matrixed organization, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to Pfizers policies, procedures, and values. The role will partner closely with the Global Operations Services Center (GOSC) to ensure seamless and compliant IC plan administration.

IC Service Delivery Activities in Scope

  • IC plan creation and documentation

Role Responsibilities

Incentive Compensation Service Delivery

  • Lead IC plan creation, documentation, communication, and training
  • Administer bonus plans, contests, awards, and payroll submissions
  • Allocate quotas and ensure accurate incentive calculations using approved tools and templates
  • Partner with GOSC to execute IC processes and maintain compliance
  • Manage document retention and archiving to ensure audit readiness

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Collaborate with local commercial stakeholders including Business Partner Teams, Market Leadership, People Experience, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Legal, and Compliance

  • Secure approvals and decisions on IC plan designs and ensure stakeholder accountability for data quality and timelines

  • Maintain production calendars and manage service delivery expectations
  • Assist Sr. Manager Incentive Compensation Design with implementing new processes, tools, and initiatives as required by regional and global guidelines
  • Generate and communicate IC analysis to monitor the health of IC programs through reports and dashboards as aligned with market stakeholders and in partnership with the Sr. Manager Incentive Compensation Design

Process Optimization & Innovation

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service optimization across IC delivery.
  • Support implementation of new processes, tools, and regional/global initiatives.

Generate actionable insights through IC data analysis and reporting dashboards

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, data science, operations research or related quantitative field
  • Minimum 5 years of pharma industry experience in commercial operations / sales force effectiveness / Incentive Compensation / Process Design & Optimization
  • Experience with production and timeline management
  • Experience in planning and implementing process tasks with the ability to drive results, analyze data, and report progress in a complex environment
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management, establish trust and build consensus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to facilitate successful presentations to individuals and/or small groups
  • Ability to work across cultures within a remote and geographically dispersed team
  • Ability to navigate through language barriers and develop working relationships across different countries and markets
  • Excellent software skills (Excel, Tableau, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Knowledge of change management systems
  • Ability to achieve results while acting in both a supportive and team-oriented manner
