Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Magento Developer to design, develop, and maintain Magento-based eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in theme and extension development, Magento admin, and custom integrations, with a focus on performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Magento themes (frontend and admin) including forms, pages, blocks, and grids.
  • Build and maintain Magento extensions, covering:
  • Payment and shipping methods
  • Observers and events
  • Custom entities
  • Consuming and creating APIs
  • Custom authentication and integrations with third-party applications/sites/APIs
  • Manage multiple stores and custom checkout steps.
  • Work with Linux and Magento CLI for development and deployment.
  • Apply Magento upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable eCommerce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Magento Developer (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Magento 2 architecture.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux CLI and Magento command-line tools.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance.
