  • Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building with potential clients and existing customers.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations, manage client accounts, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and quotes for clients, and negotiate terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project management, to ensure the successful and timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Reporting: Create regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management to help achieve company sales objectives.
  • Required Skills
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate product/service benefits, present to clients, and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Skill in negotiating contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets and maximize profits.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of the products or services being sold.
  • Resilience: The ability to overcome setbacks, maintain a positive attitude, and learn from mistakes.
