Role Overview:
As an Apple Sales Executive, you'll be the face of the brand — engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalised Apple product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers in the store
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Apple products and accessories
- Provide live demonstrations of Apple devices and features
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain product displays and ensure store visual standards
- Stay updated with Apple product knowledge and promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail or sales experience (electronics/fashion/luxury preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology and Apple products
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
