Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back End Developer located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Back End Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining back-end systems and applications. The role involves developing and optimizing server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, and collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. The position also includes following best practices for software development and contributing to the overall system architecture.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
  • Develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable backend systems.
  • Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs for our web and mobile applications.
  • Work with (preferred) to build microservices.
  • Solid understanding of 
    RESTful APIs
    , 
    microservices architecture
    , and 
    asynchronous programming
    .
  • Experience in 
    cloud environments
     (AWS / GCP).
  • Familiarity with 
    Docker
    , 
    CI/CD pipelines
    , and 
    Git
    .
  • Experience with 
    API integrations
     and 
    third-party SDKs
    .
  • Understanding of 
    authentication and authorization
     (JWT, OAuth2).
  • Integrate AI modules, chatbots, and third-party APIs (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Stripe, SendGrid, Coursera, etc.).
  • Optimize database architecture for efficiency and performance (MongoDB preferred).
  • Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Programming
  • Knowledge of Front-End Development and ability to collaborate with front-end teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with cloud platforms and databases is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
