We're seeking a
Back End Engineer
with experience in
Go and Python
to help scale our infrastructure and data services.

What You'll Do

  • Build scalable back-end services using
    Go
    and
    Python
  • Design and deploy
    containerized microservices
    using
    Kubernetes
  • Optimize graph database queries and models in Neo4j
  • Building scalable AI agents
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops
  • Develop and maintain well-tested APIs with clear documentation
  • Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning
  • Contribute to CI/CD workflows in a
    cloud-native (GCP)
    environment

Required Experience:

  • 6+ years of backend development experience working at a product-based company
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) and MBA from IIM, ISB, or equivalent top-tier institution.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Go
    ,
    Python
  • Experience with Databases as a programmer, i.e., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etc
  • Experience with
    Neo4j or similar Graph Databases is desirable
  • Proficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)

  • Familiarity with

    or frontend collaboration
  • Experience with CI/CD & GCP
  • A mindset of ownership, speed, and high-quality delivery in a startup setting

This role requires that you have 5 + years of experience working with a "SaaS Product.
