Hiring: CRM Manager for a Premium Business School based in Noida

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 3-6 years

Reports To: Head Admissions / Director

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic CRM Manager & Analytics professional to manage and optimize our end-to-end CRM ecosystem For Admission. The ideal candidate will own CRM operations, data analytics, automation setup, and reporting to drive lead conversions, data accuracy, and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

A. CRM Administration & Operations

  • Own, configure, and manage the CRM platform (setup, workflows, user roles, routing rules).
  • Maintain 100% data accuracy, control duplications, and ensure data hygiene.
  • Create and manage lead funnels for inbound, paid, outreach, and referral channels.
  • Monitor counsellor activity logs, lead follow-ups, and CRM utilization compliance.

B. Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop daily/weekly/monthly MIS dashboards for management.
  • Track complete lead conversion funnel (Lead Form Offer Admission Refund).
  • Generate source-wise ROI reports across marketing, outreach, and direct channels.
  • Analyze counsellor productivity, lead ageing, follow-up efficiency, and conversion ratios.

C. Automation & Optimization

  • Build and manage CRM automations (reminders, drip emails, WhatsApp triggers, SLA alerts).
  • Integrate CRM with website, LMS, payment gateway, call dialer, and landing pages.
  • Ensure seamless data flow into Google Sheets, Power BI, or other BI dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual workload through automation and process optimization.

D. Compliance, Training & Coordination

  • Conduct regular CRM training sessions for counsellors and admissions teams.
  • Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional policies.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Admissions for CRM upgrades and issue resolution.
