We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in either Continental or South Indian cuisine, with a willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced chefs. This role is perfect for someone starting their culinary career and looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental or South Indian dishes as per standard recipes
  • Ensure food is prepared with high quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
  • Follow proper food storage and labeling practices
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge or training in Continental or South Indian cuisine
  • Strong passion for cooking and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
