Job Title: Bakery Chef (Trainee – Sr. CDP)

About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and passionate bakery professionals to join our culinary team in Fulbari, Siliguri. Key Responsibilities:

For Trainee/Commis Levels:

• Assist senior chefs in daily production of bakery and pastry items.
• Learn baking techniques, cake decoration, and bread-making.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery section.
• Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.

For Demi Chef / CDP / Sr. CDP:

• Independently handle production of breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items.
• Innovate and introduce new recipes and presentation styles.
• Supervise junior staff/trainees in the bakery section.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and manage inventory.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Trainee/Fresher: Basic knowledge of bakery, passionate about baking & learning.
• Experienced Candidates: 1–8+ years of hands-on experience in bakery & confectionery (hotel, restaurant, or standalone bakery).
• Knowledge of breads, cakes, desserts, pastries, and modern bakery trends.
• Strong sense of taste, creativity, and eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure in fast-paced environments.

Growth Path:

Trainee → Commis → Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) → Chef de Partie (CDP) → Senior CDP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹35,000.00 per month
