You'll be part of a lean, high-impact team based in Bangalore, directly supporting the
Deputy Group CFO
and collaborating with global operations and finance leaders.

Key Resposibilities

  • Lead
    month-end closing
    , reconciliations, and preparation of accurate management reports.
  • Manage
    group consolidation
    , audit coordination, and statutory compliance.
  • Strengthen
    internal controls
    and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Support
    budgeting, forecasting
    , and performance monitoring for subsidiaries.
  • Gain deep understanding of
    Infor LN ERP
    flows and identify automation or efficiency opportunities.
  • Over time, proactively
    identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
    .

What We're Looking For

  • CA or CMA (3–5 years)
    of post-qualification experience in controllership or global finance.
  • Experience with Tier-I ERP (
    Infor LN preferred / SAP / Oracle
    ).
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to travel occasionally (up to 20%) to subsidiaries as needed.
