IT ASSISTANT MANAGER (HARDWARE SOFTWARE)

Urgent Hiring For IT Manager (Hardware & Software)
Location: Faridabad, DLF Ind. Area
Department: Information Technology
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in IT management, with expertise in both hardware and software.
Budget: 26K 35K CTC (Monthly)

Key Responsibilities:1. IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management:
  • Oversee, maintain, and upgrade all IT hardware, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and other peripherals.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all IT assets and troubleshoot hardware issues promptly.
  • Manage network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, and switches) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
  • Oversee data storage and backup systems to prevent data loss.
2. Software & System Administration:
  • Install, configure, and manage business-critical software (ERP, CRM, Tally, SAP, HRMS, and other enterprise applications).
  • Ensure proper licensing and compliance of all software used in the organization.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on software applications.
  • Troubleshoot software and application-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
3. IT Security & Compliance:
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols (firewall, antivirus, data encryption, access control).
  • Ensure protection of company data from external and internal threats.
  • Conduct regular audits of IT security systems and update them as per best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection laws (ISO, GDPR, etc.).
4. IT Support & User Management:
  • Provide technical assistance to employees and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
  • Maintain an IT helpdesk system to track and address user concerns effectively.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control within company systems.
  • Develop IT policies and guidelines to streamline IT usage across departments.
5. Vendor & Asset Management:
  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT hardware/software procurement, AMC, and support services.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers and manage vendor relationships.
  • Maintain an updated IT asset inventory for effective tracking and budgeting.
6. IT Project Management & Innovation:
  • Lead IT projects for system upgrades, digital transformation, and automation.
  • Identify and implement new technologies to enhance productivity and security.
  • Work closely with management and other departments to align IT infrastructure with business goals.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software applications.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinker who can diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently.
