Job Title:

Customer Relationship Executive – Outbound Calls

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling for Order Confirmation:
  • Initiate outbound calls to confirm customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate (product, quantity, payment, delivery address).
  • Provide customers with up-to-date order status, delivery timelines, and answer any questions they may have.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues with the order and escalate them to the relevant department if necessary.
  1. Lead Generation and Calling Indiamart Leads:
  • Reach out to leads generated from platforms like Indiamart to introduce the company's products and services.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to assess customer needs, qualify leads, and promote the products.
  • Convert leads into opportunities by setting appointments or providing product information that sparks customer interest.
  1. Feedback Collection:
  • Contact existing customers post-purchase or post-service to gather feedback on their experience.
  • Collect insights regarding product satisfaction, delivery experience, and overall customer service.
  • Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and escalate critical issues to the management team.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by consistently delivering a high level of service.
  • Provide personalized recommendations or solutions based on customer feedback and order history.
  • Ensure that customers feel valued and heard, fostering long-term loyalty.
  1. Data Entry & CRM Management:
  • Accurately record customer interaction details, feedback, and order status in the CRM or other company systems.
  • Update customer records with relevant feedback, status changes, and any follow-up actions required.
  • Track and monitor lead conversions, feedback response rates, and other KPIs.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Generate and maintain reports for feedback collection, order confirmation follow-ups, and lead conversions.
  • Provide insights to the management team about customer satisfaction trends, common concerns, and feedback results.
