We are seeking an experienced Zuora CPQ Specialist to join our growing Enterprise Applications practice. This role is critical to ensuring smooth subscription billing operations, compliance with financial regulations, and seamless integration across enterprise platforms.

As a Zuora CPQ Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end subscription billing workflows. You will collaborate closely with Finance, RevOps, and IT teams to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve financial reporting accuracy.

This role requires deep hands-on experience with Zuora Billing & CPQ combined with strong integration and Salesforce CPQ skills. You will also work with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance automation, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Zuora CPQ & Billing Management :

• Design and implement complex Quote-to-Cash workflows including new subscriptions, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
• Configure/manage Product Catalogs, Rate Plans, Charge Models, and Pricing Strategies in Zuora.
• Develop, test, and maintain Zuora Billing and Revenue solutions ensuring scalability and automation.

Integrations & Automation

• Integrate Zuora with enterprise systems like Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Stripe, Avalara, Workato, Dell Boomi, Coupa, Zip, and Navan.
• Work with APIs, middleware, and custom scripts to enhance automation and reduce billing errors.
• Collaborate with IT teams to build and optimize data flows between finance, billing, and reporting & Support :
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606, IFRS 15, and SOX requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot billing issues, resolving them within SLA.
• Provide end-user training, process documentation, and technical support to internal teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations during critical billing and revenue recognition Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration :
• Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Business Leaders to identify process improvements.
• Propose billing automation enhancements and reduce manual interventions.
• Support financial audits and deliver accurate, audit-ready data.
• Contribute to Agile development sprints with IT and engineering Qualifications :
• 4-8 years of hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ/Billing.
• Deep knowledge of Zuora Admin, Object Model, APIs, and Zuora 360.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Flows).
• Good understanding of subscription billing, revenue recognition, and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with relational databases and system integration concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work PST hours (Night Shift) with availability during critical billing to Have (Preferred Skills) :
• Zuora Billing & Revenue Certifications.
• Prior experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Dell Boomi, Workato, Zip, or Navan.
• Exposure to Agile development, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in enhancing financial reporting systems and Join Coders Brain?
