Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate training or campus training.
  • Strong expertise in GD/PI training, communication skills, and personality development.
  • Excellent presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS, digital learning tools, and assessment techniques.
