Whats the Role The Infrastructure Architect

  • You won't just be an engineer; you'll be the backbone of our physical expansionthe go-to expert who transforms blueprints into buzzing sports facilities. You'll lead the full lifecycle of every padel court project, ensuring excellence from the first foundation dug to the final net installed. Your expertise will literally shape the growth of PadelPark across the nation.

Here's your play-by-play:

  • Build Master: Own the planning, layout, and end-to-end execution of new padel courts and sports facilities across multiple locations in India.
  • Quality Commander: Be the guardian of our standards. Ensure all projects hit technical specs, safety protocols, and quality benchmarksno exceptions.
  • Vendor Whisperer: Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Youll be sourcing materials, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely, quality deliverables.
  • Site Crusader: Conduct site inspections, actively monitor construction progress, and problem-solve in real-time to keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.
  • Innovation Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with architects and designers to develop innovative, sustainable, and highly efficient infrastructure solutions.
  • Budget Architect: Help with project costing and financial forecasting, always looking for smart ways to optimize resources without compromising quality.

Who We Need: The Construction Specialist

  • The Credentials: A Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
  • The Experience: 3-5 years of hardcore experience in infrastructure or construction projects.
  • The Toolkit:
  • A deep, practical understanding of construction, project management, and site execution.
  • The ability to seamlessly coordinate with everyonefrom internal teams to external contractors.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel
