Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and experience working on multidisciplinary engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects for buildings infrastructure.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
  • Use CAD, modeling software, and engineering tools to develop technical designs.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Collaborate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and project managers.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues during construction.
  • Review and approve project reports, design calculations, and engineering documents.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and project timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one (optional based on region).
  • Proven experience in civil engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or similar engineering software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in structural engineering.
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices.
