Overview: The Graphic Design and Video Editing role for social media and YouTube is crucial to our organization as it involves creating visually appealing content that engages our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging graphics for social media platforms.
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos for YouTube channels.
  • Develop visual concepts and execute visually appealing designs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing.
  • Manage and organize multimedia assets and files.
  • Optimize graphics and videos for different platforms and devices.
  • Work on multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for content.
  • Collaborate with content creators and marketing team to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Assist in creating visual elements for marketing campaigns and promotions.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film, or related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing for social media and YouTube channels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
  • Excellent knowledge of video editing techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and brand guidelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Keen eye for visual composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Understanding of SEO and video optimization for online platforms.
