Senior Associate, Account Planning PE

Description
The ideal candidate would be someone with experience in Knowledge Management (KM) or Pursuits teams of Big4s or MBBs, possessing strong communication and coordination skills, along with good understanding of PE industry and firms.

I.Knowledge Management

• Knowledge Repository: Maintain a dynamic database of proposals, slides, and win/loss notes.
• Engagement Indexing: Systematically organize content by portfolio company, function, sector, and solution.
• Tool Oversight: Manage and update tools like Microsoft Loop/Teams for seamless account coordination.
• Organizational Resources: Create and maintain templates, folders, trackers, and searchable index pages.
• Quick Access: Facilitate on-demand retrieval of relevant decks or proposal sections.

2 Proposal and Outreach Execution Support

• Proposal Development: Utilize past proposals to streamline and enhance new ones.
• Credentials & Case Studies: Compile relevant materials across industries, functions, and geographies.
• Customized Bios: Tailor team member profiles to align with specific proposal requirements.
• Client-Ready Presentations: Refine draft proposals into polished, professional decks.
• Quality Control: Ensure proposals meet standards for clarity, formatting, branding, and grammar.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor the status of pitches, meetings, and engagement outcomes.

III.Additional Value-Add Services

• Client Insights: Develop a detailed understanding of the PE firm's investment focus, funds, portfolio, andleadership.
• Stakeholder Mapping: Identify key team members and board members by sector, region, and portfoliocompany for targeted engagement.
