Must have: AEP, RT-CDP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using
    Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
    with a strong focus on
    RT-CDP
    capabilities.
  • Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) into AEP.
  • Set up and manage schemas, datasets, identities, and profiles within AEP.
  • Implement segmentation logic, profile stitching, and identity resolution rules.
  • Work with stakeholders to define use cases and ensure proper data activation through AEP channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, data, and IT) to integrate AEP with other Adobe and non-Adobe platforms.
  • Optimize data flows, troubleshoot ingestion and activation issues, and ensure data quality and compliance.

  • Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the AEP environment.

  • Minimum
    5+ years of experience
    in data or MarTech platform development.

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
    including:
  • Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP)
  • Schema and Dataset management (XDM)
  • Identity Service & Profile Stitching
  • Segment creation and activation
  • Experience with
    data ingestion methods
    (batch, streaming, API-based).
  • Proficient in
    JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Adobe Launch, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
    is a plus.
  • Understanding of
    data privacy regulations
    like GDPR and CCPA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform Developer (or equivalent).
  • Experience with other Adobe tools (AJO, Target, Analytics) is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer data integration projects in a large enterprise setting.
