Role Overview Description

Infibeam Avenues is on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated Lead Software Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This critical role focuses on individual expertise to achieve project goals, while guiding a diverse team of engineers and ensuring that technical best practices are followed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong technical management capabilities, and a passion for software architecture.

What Youll Do:

• Design and architecture of robust software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Evaluate new technologies and frameworks, making informed recommendations for adoption to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
• Remain hands-on with coding to stay connected with day-to-day technical challenges and maintain a strong grasp of the codebase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment between engineering solutions and business objectives.
• Lead the team through complex technical challenges, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and delivery milestones.

What You'll Bring:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on technical leadership.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Deep understanding of coding best practices, software architecture, and technical delivery management.
• Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Hands-on experience with backend development technologies
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, design, and business teams.
