We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on CMDB data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules and be able to effectively design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CMDB Data Management:Design, develop, and maintain CMDB configurations to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Enrich CMDB data through automation and integration with other systemsAnalyze CMDB data to identify gaps and inconsistenciesImplement data quality checks and validation rules
  • ITOM Process Automation:
  • Automate ITOM processes using ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrationsDevelop custom applications to enhance ITOM capabilitiesOptimize ITOM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • ITSM Integration:
  • Integrate CMDB with other ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc ) to enable seamless workflows
  • Develop custom integrations to synchronize data between systems
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to visualize CMDB dataAnalyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide insights to IT operations teams to support decision-making
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
  • Troubleshoot CMDB and ITOM issues
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
  • Provide technical support to end-users

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow developmentStrong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM modulesExpertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, etc
  • )Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policiesKnowledge of ITIL processesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow certifications (e g , Certified Application Developer)Experience with ServiceNow integration with other systemsKnowledge of data modeling and database design
