Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Delhi, India. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing long-term relationships with clients, overseeing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams. The role also involves prospecting for new clients, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Sales and Business Development experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in the industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
