Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Service Engineer focusing on Kobelco Excavators. The position is located in Rampurhat. The Junior Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance, and repair tasks. Specific duties include diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring optimal performance of equipment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
  • Experience in Field Service and Technical Support
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Rampurhat
  • Relevant certifications or technical training in engineering or related fields
  • Prior experience with Kobelco products or similar equipment is a plus
