Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with commercial and statutory regulations.
- Lead store staff, foster teamwork, and identify talent for critical positions.
- Address customer feedback to enhance service and processes.
- Stay updated on market trends and manage customer escalations.
- Implement local events and promotions according to the marketing calendar.
