Job Overview

The Store Manager is a pivotal role that oversees the operational excellence and strategic direction of retail stores. This individual is responsible for driving sales growth, managing store profitability, and fostering a customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain optimal store performance by analyzing key metrics such as gross margin, stock levels, and segment mix.
  • Establish and enforce production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
  • Recommend product lines and optimize merchandise mix to meet customer demands.
  • Drive sales, margin, and inventory optimization while controlling costs.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial and statutory regulations.
  • Lead store staff, foster teamwork, and identify talent for critical positions.
  • Address customer feedback to enhance service and processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends and manage customer escalations.
  • Implement local events and promotions according to the marketing calendar.
  • Promote a 'Customer Obsessed Culture' to prioritize customer centricity.

  • Jio Business - Activations, Recharges, CAF Rejections.
