We are seeking a Junior NeuroAnaesthesia and Critical Care Specialist to join our team in Azamgarh. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. • Expertise in airway management to effectively ensure an open airway and facilitate patient ventilation in critical scenarios.
• Adept at performing intubation procedures, a vital skill in emergency and surgical settings to maintain patient airways.
• Proficient in utilizing various monitoring techniques to track patient vitals and detect any changes promptly.
• Skilled in hemodynamic monitoring to assess and manage cardiovascular function and fluid status in critically ill patients.
• Knowledgeable in postoperative care to ensure smooth recovery and optimal outcomes for patients after surgery.
• Strong crisis management abilities to efficiently handle emergency situations and make informed decisions under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide specialized anaesthetic care and support during neurosurgical procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.
