We're hiring an HR Talent Acquisition Intern to manage end -to -end hiring—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating with candidates. JD:Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing files.Provide support in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive work environment.Participate in HR projects and initiatives, gaining valuable insights into HR practices and strategies.Collaborate with team members on various HR tasks and projects to achieve departmental objectives.
