About the Team

The CEO's Office works closely with the CEO (Navi Finserv) to drive key priorities across the organization. The team ensures smooth day-to-day execution while also supporting high-impact initiatives that require tight coordination and follow-through. This includes managing schedules, communication, and logistics end-to-end- right from planning and coordination to implementation- so the CEO can be most effective in his role. The role demands strong organizational excellence, execution rigor, and meticulous attention to detail.

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant (EA) in the CEO's office, you will be central to ensuring the CEO's time and focus are directed toward the highest priorities. Beyond managing calendars, meetings, and logistics, this role involves engaging with senior stakeholders, often at the highest levels, requiring exceptional communication and the ability to push back diplomatically when needed.

You will exercise critical judgment in deciding where and how the CEO's time is best spent- an autonomy that carries both responsibility and impact. The environment is truly fast-paced: you will be expected to anticipate needs, solve problems under ambiguity, and adapt quickly when things don't go as planned. Success in this role means not only flawless execution but also proactive thinking, resilience, and discretion.

What We Expect From You

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Travel & Event Planning: Organize domestic and international travel, including visa processing, itinerary planning, and logistics.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact for the CEO, handling emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in the creation of presentations as needed.
  • Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution of executive operations.

Good to Have

Experience & Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
