About the role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and curious AI Product Analyst to join our operations team. You'll play a critical role in applying our AI tool to real-world scenarios — creating and refining test cases for customer demos and improving the quality of our model through thoughtful feedback and iteration.

What You'll Do:

  • Use our AI-powered tool to create intelligent test cases for customer demos and internal model training.
  • Interact with web applications to simulate real user journeys and identify edge cases.
  • Evaluate the tool's performance and use built-in human override tools to guide or fix test cases when the AI needs support, applying judgment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams by providing feedback on tool behavior and test results.
  • Help build a repository of high-quality, diverse test cases that improve our product over time.

About you:

  • You've recently completed a Master's degree, or hold a Bachelor's with some relevant experience (internships, side projects, QA, or product testing).
  • You're a structured thinker who enjoys exploring edge cases and solving real-world product issues.
  • You're tech-savvy and comfortable navigating modern web applications and tools.
  • You're comfortable evaluating AI behavior, using override tooling, and applying human judgment where needed.
  • You're excited about AI, and eager to contribute to human-in-the-loop systems that make it better.
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and want to make a real product better every day.

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Exposure to QA, software testing, or no-code automation tools.
  • Experience with SaaS products or browser-based workflows.
  • Interest in AI/ML-powered products and how they interact with real-world user behavior.
