**Job Title
- LoadRunner Tester**

**Location
- Remote/India**
- 5-10 Years of Experience as a Performance Tester preferably working in Insurance and Financial Services.
- Design, develop, and execute performance test strategy, test plans and test cases.
- Utilize LoadRunner (Preferred tool) to conduct performance testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in developing and executing performance test scripts.
- Ability to analyze requirements, Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance issues.
- Generate detailed performance testing reports and insights.
- Continuously improve performance testing processes and methodologies.
- Ensure that performance testing aligns with project requirements and timelines.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
- Analytical and detail oriented. Should have experience in performing client facing roles.
