The Senior Product Manager - Gen AI will drive the development and delivery of innovative AI and machine learning capabilities across enterprise SaaS products. This role focuses on translating complex customer challenges into actionable AI-powered solutions that improve adoption, usability, and business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UI/UX, and leadership, to define product strategy, develop new features, and deliver high-impact solutions to market quickly. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with hands-on product management experience and a passion for leveraging AI to solve real-world business problems. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI-driven enterprise products while ensuring measurable impact on customer satisfaction and business metrics.

· Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

· Collaborate with leadership, customers, and prospects to identify key problems and design AI-driven solutions.

· Work closely with engineering, UI/UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products with quick time-to-market.

· Drive product adoption and usability by defining success metrics and tracking performance.

· Create Generative AI applications to analyze complex data, respond to queries, and perform industry-specific tasks.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to distributed product and engineering teams globally.

· Participate in customer-facing activities including demos, requirements gathering, and sales support.

· years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS environments.

· Strong technical background, with experience in software engineering or related roles preferred.

· Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts such as NLP, model deployment, and predictive analytics.

· Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements, deliver demos, and support sales.

· Demonstrated ability to manage and guide globally distributed product and engineering teams.

· Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries is a plus.
