About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to manage and streamline end-to-end HR operations at our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate should have expertise in recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and overall HR operations, with the ability to partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Handle payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and maintain accurate employee documentation.
  • Implement performance management processes such as appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development planning.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture, retention, and morale.
  • Ensure smooth execution and compliance of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS databases.
  • Collaborate with business leaders for workforce planning and HR strategy execution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in HR software/HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
