Job Description:

Manages personnel to ensure the development and implementation of systems applications programs are on time and within budgets. Develops short- and long-term applications systems plans that are consistent with the needs and priorities of the business. Responsible for feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new or revised applications systems and programs. Assists in projecting software and hardware requirements. Assigns personnel to various projects and directs activities. Reviews and evaluates work and prepares performance reports. Confers with and advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods. Consults with personnel in other information systems sections to coordinate activities. Prepares activity and progress reports regarding the activities of the applications systems and programming section. Performs as advisor, technical architect, or technical lead on initiatives or projects. Researches and proactively analyzes new and emerging technologies that potentially play a role in the LII IT Architecture. Provides leadership for the department on new and best practice approaches to the technical architecture challenges and opportunities.

• Experience in SAP products such as ECC, BW, HANA, SCM, SOLMAN, CRM, PI/PO, GTS, TMS, EWM, C4C, Callidus, BODS and Hybris.
• Strong knowledge and experience in HANA and SLT
• Knowledge and experience of SAP Gateway, Fiori and SAP Screen Personas.
• Experience in Solution Architecture and Designing
• Hands-on experience in SAP Upgrades
• S/4 Hana implementation
• Working on experience on SAP BTP
• Experience working on Oracle, SQL, SAP Hana, and MaxDB databases.
• Technical knowledge of SAP infrastructure on Linux/Windows environments
• Experience in Performance monitoring & tuning, interface troubleshooting and landscape optimization
• Knowledge and experience in SAP Java stack administration and Solution Manager are a strong plus.
• Experience in Datacenter Migration and Disaster Recovery
• Experience in setting up transport management system and working with transports
• Experience supporting mission-critical system and ensuring 24x7 availability of production system.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and control own workload, and deliver in a timely fashion.
• Effective contributor to project teams and possesses excellent written and oral communication.
• Application Lifecycle Management
• Working experience on capacity planning
• Effective work experience in the Project Management
• Should have experience managing a Basis team of 5 and above

Nice to Have

• Experience in SAP landscape implementation/migration to cloud. (Any AWS, Azure, SAP Cloud)
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts, specifically in service delivery preferred.
• Splunk Administration (PowerConnect)
• Knowledge and experience with MuleSoft
