Role & responsibilities

  • Adherence to set quality norms.
  • Time management, Discipline & Functional feedbacks.
  • Executing DQ on schedule.
  • Completion of VTOP on schedule.
  • Ensure stage wise inspection of job.
  • Ensure traceability of certificates / reports of inward material.
  • Ensure Pre-FAT of job as per predefined protocol & acceptance criteria.
  • FAT with customer.
  • Ensure closure of all deficiencies / deviations highlighted prior to dispatch.
  • Ensure CAPA of all critical deficiencies & their implementation.
  • Attend inspection on time.
  • Timely completion of Job documentation.
  • Ensure proper communication client as well as vendors
  • To ensure work calendar..
  • System / machine is properly tested and tried prior to FAT.
  • Ensure compliance of FAT deviation.
  • Co-ordination with design for quality improvement. Implementing CAPA [improvement points].
  • Ensure stage inspection, all critical checks & their record retrieval. [In-house as well as at vendor within pre-define timelines]
  • Ensure execution of DQ & alignment of their deficiencies [if any] with project & client.
  • Ensure completion & submission of VTOP file to client along with job shipment [for Export jobs] & within 5 days of shipment [for Domestic jobs].
  • Ensure implementation of set methods of manufacturing as well as handling.
  • Vendor performance assessment.
  • Ensure responding to & resolving customer queries related to manufacturing.
  • Ensure timely collection of all certificates and validation documents for materials
  • Ensure stagewise inspection.
  • Support inward inspection & spare inspection for pre-defined catagory of material.
  • Adherence to company safety norms & SOPs
  • Ensuring internal change control for changes during execution prior to dispatch of machine.
